COBRA Aerospace places high priority on customer service and support.

Our customer service specialists work at the company headquarters in Welshpool, UK. This is where the central customer platform for technical services, training, spare parts and repairs is located. Working in close cooperation with service centres globally to ensure responsive and competent support.
The technical services team is responsible for technical issues, changeovers and upgrades, as well as warranty services. When a problem needs to be solved at the customer's site, COBRA Aerospace sends a service technician to provide support, if necessary, anywhere in the world.
Spare parts, components, and all related information are provided by the Customer Support department. This is also where the recommended spare part lists are compiled.
Customers who want added convenience take advantage of the Total Care Package from the COBRA Aerospace Aircraft Seating “service portfolio”. This enables them to have seats and components serviced regularly by certified maintenance centres or fully-reconditioned in the repair shop.
